Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Job Summary
- Overseeing waiters, bar men and other floor staff.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the lounge.
- Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in related role.
- Prior experience in a supervisory position.
- Ability to remain calm even under pressure situations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
