Content Writers (Radio Programs) at IDMANN Institute Full Time

IDMANN Institute provides training in professional development and technical entrepreneurship through our College of General Studies and the School of Experiential Learning, respectively. We also provide secondary and pre-secondary tutorial services through IDMANN Academy. All our courses are offered online in live sessions with seasoned instructors. Our IDMANN classes offer students the experience of a world-class online learning environment but from the comfort of their own home or respective workplace, and at a convenient time.

We are seeking competent, self motivated, hardworking and result driven professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Writer (Radio Programs)

Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Contract

Requirements

• Minimum of H.N.D in Mass Communication or related fields.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Ability to initiate, develop and implement strong creative ideas for radio programmes.
• Ability to launch scripted programme series for IDMANN Radio.
• Oversee radio programmes from inspiration to final delivery, including conceptualizing, writing and managing editorial.
• Ability to Work with Production Management to develop and manage budgets.
• Work with operations to book sessions and fulfil multiple delivery schedules.
• Work closely with multiple departments (Tutoring, broadcast, sales, marketing, affiliate marketing) to implement all promotional spots (on-air, off-air, marketing, radio, digital, streaming & social).
• Prior experience producing and editing in creative promotion and marketing.
• Prior experience working on scripted series.
• Prior experience as a radio content writer/developer is required for this job.
• Experience working in an educational environment is an added advantage.
