Job Description
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Sign on merchants on our SageCloud
- Sign on billers on our SageCloud
- Assist with generating new business
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes
- Ensure that the billers and merchants signed uses the product
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Sales / Marketing or related disciplines
- 3 years relevant banking experience
- A fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills-Oral and Written
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Draft clear reports and keep accurate records.
