Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Errands, Scheduling and overseeing contractors.
- Transportation to appointments.
- Paying bills.
- Emails and correspondence.
- Phone support (for home business).
- Research.
- Party planning and management.
- Shopping (gifts, household goods, clothes, etc.).
- Calendar management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
