Job Title: Operations Support Officer
Location: Alausa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Work with fulfillment team to ensure timely order delivery to clients
- Prepare documentation for order fulfillment
- Work with standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Client KYC management
- Reporting
- Any other operational duties that may be assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
- 2 – 4 years experience.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Excellent Organization, Communication and Computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power point)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment
- Must be self-motivated
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain business
- Collaborative skills
- Must be ready to resume immediately
