Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or a similar field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and Gas industry
• Relevant Certifications

Job Knowledge / Experience, Skills:

• Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel and Adobe
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Proven skill for creating and implementing controlled document processes
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS
• Archival experience
• Proficient in SharePoint, ProArc and/or other document management software and web-based.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic
• Extremely organized and efficient
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Report writing
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel and Adobe
• Document management skills
• Effective Communication
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities to completion with a tight timeline.
