Job Brief

• We are looking for an Open Market Sales Promoter to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

Responsibilities

• To assist in executing plans and developing promotional strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives.
• Engage in the redistribution of products in the assigned area
• Maintain a cordial relation with retailers and wholesalers
• Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
• To spread products across retailers and wholesalers.
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts etc.
• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc, NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 5 years of work experience.
• Proven working experience in market sales
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
• Skilled in sales for FMCG products
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, customer relation management
• Good reporting sales activities
• Female sales promoters are preferred.

Salary

• N40,000 – N100,000 monthly.
