Job Description

• Our restaurant is looking for a skilled salad maker to join our team. The hired candidate will be responsible for preparing salads and fruits that follow our recipes.
• You will need to be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy to be successful due to the fast-paced environment of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality pizza ingredients such as: dough, sauces, and toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes.
• Cook pizzas that satisfy our customers’ expectations.
• Monitor inventory and communicate with the supervisor when stock and supplies are running low.
• Package pizzas neatly when they come out of the oven.
• Follow all relevant food health and safety requirements.
• Assist us in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace.

Job Requirements
Qualification:

• Diploma, HND in any field of study.

Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience obtained in a well-structured restaurant setting.

Skills / Abilities:

• Basic cooking skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good physical abilities.
• Critical thinking and time management skills.
• Patience, Personality and Perseverance abilities.
• Active listening, effective communication skills with great team spirit.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Food safety training is a plus.
