Overview

• We are currently looking to hire qualified candidates to fill the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO for one of our clients.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Weekly planning.
• Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
• Follow-up emails and other duties assigned.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Living Proximity to the Island is a must.
• Willing to work on Weekends.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Females are encouraged to apply.

Salary
N90,000 Monthly.
