Job Title: Fashion Production Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- We are currently in need of a fashion production manager for immediate employment.
Responsibilities
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Assist inselecting, ordering and purchasing materials / fabrics
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
- Organising relevant training sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND in any related field
- 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage a team
- Good communication skills
- Vast knowledge of the fashion industry.
