Responsibilities

• Attract, Signup and onboard new agents within and outside the state.
• Monitor the operations of the Business Development Team.
• Retain Agents with the Company.
• Resolve Agents/Merchants problems.
• Deepen the company’s market share within the state.
• Ensure that there is gross transactional value.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 – 4 Years’ experience in Business Development/Agency Banking in the Finance/FinTech Industry.
