Plumber at Alpha Mead Group (2 Openings) Full Time

Alpha Mead Group is a Total Real Estate Solutions Company established to provide robust business support services to local and international Real Estate investors or owners with interests in Facilities Management, Real Estate Development and Advisory, Security Systems and Technologies, Training, Healthcare Management and Real Estate Financing Services.

We urgently require the services of a qualified personnel to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Plumber

Location: Ikorodu / Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
• Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
• Install and maintain water supply systems
• Perform corrective maintenance or repairs of plumbing installation and equipment to standard
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
• Repair domestic appliances (e.g., washing machines) and fixtures (e.g., sinks), etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of NABTEB / O’level
• At least 3 years of experience as a plumber
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service orientation
• Ability to communicate effectively in English language
• Good knowledge of HSE principles
• Proximity to Ikorodu or Ikoyi will be an added advantage
