Job Summary

• Responsible for growing the company’s business portfolio.
• Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
• Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives.
• Oversee employee activities, providing suitable resources when required.
• Establish and grow business relationships with strategic partners.
• Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND from a recognized Higher Institution
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role, in similar industry (financial services – Bank preferred).
• Proven experience in business and strategy development.
• Must possess strong business acumen
• Strong business development skills, and can lead and direct a team to achieve results.
• A go-getter, with sound decision making capability
• Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development.
