• A Pass in the Intermediate Examination of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
• A Pass in the Intermediate Examination of Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Values
• OND in Estate Management.

• WAEC / SSCE Certificate
• First school leaving Certificate
• Citizenship Certificate
• Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age.
