We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Extruder Operator / Cutting Operations

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Industry: Plastic Recycling Company

Responsibilities

• Lead cutting operation of assigned machines
• Proper and safe handling of cutting machine
• Ensure proper records of rolls and bags cut
• Avoid waste during production
• Report timely maintenance issues to maintenance team and proper follow up until issue is resolved
• Ability to troubleshoot issues before arrival of technician
• Required to clock in attendance daily
• Required to be properly dressed in Uniform as provided by the company

Day / Hours Shift rotation:

• Mon -Fri : 8am – 6pm (Morning shift)
• 8pm- 6am (Night shift)
• Saturday 8am -6pm (weekly rotation)

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• At least three years prior experience in a plastic recycling factory
• Knowledge of manual and auto punching cutting machines
• Ability to troubleshoot cutting machines

Remunerations

• Up to N50,000 per month (Gross) based on agreed upon targets
• Quarterly Bonus Up to 100% of one month Guaranteed Gross Base Salary if the factory achieves an average of 90% of quarterly target

• Onsite Accommodation when on duty
