Job Title: Farm Administrator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor activities on the farm.
• Plan and manages all production activities
• Keep abreast of developments in agricultural science.
• Ensures all farm activities comply with government regulations and safety standards.
• Budget and maintains accurate financial records of the Farm.
• Advertise and market farm products for profit maximization.

Requirements

• A degree / HND in Agricultural, Horticultural, Land or Animal-related courses.
• Evidence of previous hands-on experience will be highly considered.
• A good business development sense
• Note More than 50 years of age
• 2 – 15 years’ experience in related position.

Skill:

• Ability to apply knowledge of crop production and animal husbandry in wealth creation.
• Good understanding of modern farming methods
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good supervisory skills
• Initiative and flexibility skills
• Marketing, sales and negotiation skills.

Salary
N75,000 – N150,000 / month.
