Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection of talents
- Carrying out of proper onboarding procedure
- Develop employee engagement activities.
- Manage a well-diversified workforce.
- Other functions as assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND degree
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and creative
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Packages
- Sound Knowledge of the Nigerian labour law.
- Good analytical skills.
- Sound people management skills.
- Previous relevant experience is an added advantage.
