Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Constantly engage retailers with the Omnibiz brand through activities that add value to them.
• The goal is to maintain Omnibiz’s positioning as a brand that cares for and supports retailers and increases their loyalty towards us.

KPI:

• Customer retention
• Repeat Orders
• LTV [Customer Lifetime value]

Responsibilities

• Planning of retailer engagement activities in line with team’s targets
• Execution and measurement of retailer engagement activities:
  • Coordination with internal and external teams
  • On-field visits and complete monitoring of activities
• Regular visits and interaction with retailers
• Maintaining a constant feedback loop from retailers and ensure areas of improvement are worked upon

Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in FMCG retail outreach programs.
