Description

• We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development professional for the role of Manager – Learning Intervention to oversee the delivery of Learning and Development Solutions for our clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design and implementation / delivery of all Learning and Development requirements.
• Deliver client company training requirements including product knowledge training.
• Oversee administrative tasks associated with all training.
• Sourcing training materials including external training providers when required.
• Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session
• Prepare cost reports for each learning program
• Update curriculum database and training records
• Seek new business relationships, clients and partnerships.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Education, Human Resources Management or relevant field
• 10 years experience
• Proven work experience as a Training Consultant,Training Coordinator or similar role
• Hands-on experience organizing corporate training events
• Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS)
• Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Understanding of Talent Management and succession planning
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple trainings at the same time.
