Job Title: Agency Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Scouting and sourcing for major accounts in order to meet Agency target.
• Developing sales strategies.
• Monitoring the Agency performance and motivating team to reach targets
• Advise Territorial Manager on Newly Engaged District Managers, Unit Managers and other Team members induction training.
• Follow-up sales activity within his / her Agency.
• Gather market intelligence and advise the Territorial Manager on any market developments that are of interest to the organization strategic objectives.
• Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.
• Generating leads for possible sales.
• Ensure Training and coaching of team members.
• Compile monthly Agency report and report to Territorial Manager.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree / HND.
• Minimum of 5 years experience.
