Job Title: Shift in Charge Production Manager

Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Operate a variety of equipment, as needed
• Work with the Production Manager to schedule projects and maximize workflow
• Prepare production reports for supervisors or upper management
• Manage and resolve conflicts among employees.
• Assign tasks to staff members.
• Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
• Order materials needed for production.
• Open up or close the warehouse at the start and end of the day.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
• Resolve workplace disputes
• Must be based in Ilorin/Willing to relocate
• Manage the workflow and ensure that the team meets production requirements.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years experience.
