Job Description

• Our client wants to hire a diligent Personal Assistant to offer efficient secretarial and administrative support in a well-structured and timely manner.
• The preferred candidate will engage in one-to-one collaboration, handling various tasks associated with the manager’s work and communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the manager and internal/external clients
• Address requests and inquiries in a suitable manner
• Coordinate and organize the manager’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Arrange travel plans
• Record dictations and meeting minutes
• Generate reports, presentations, and briefs
• Compile and create invoices.

Qualifications

• 1 year proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
