Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
• Manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
• Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and necessary materials.
• Coordinate and prioritize executive communications, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
• Handle discreet and confidential matters with professionalism and sensitivity.

Requirements
