Job Description

• Frequently carry out patrol of the store as advised by the store CSO.
• Enforce the adherence to other departmental SOP in the store,
• Ensure critical points related to safety and security of the store – Fire exits, escape routes are not blocked and are clear.
• Report any violation of other departmental SOP is reported to the CSO for further action.
• Supervise the activities of all external security guards and external security supervisors at the store.
• Ensure that all items on the vendor’s LPO are accurately supplied and appropriate records are taken.
• Ensure fruits and vegetables supplied by vendors are adequately weighed and recorded accurately.
• Ensure customer invoice/receipts are properly screened at exit point to be sure that quantity on receipt correspond with physical quantity purchased.
• Ensure customer entry/exit SOP are strictly enforced.
• Ensure staff entry/exit SOP are strictly enforced.
• Ensure assets of the company are adequately protected.
• Report all security breach immediately to the store CSO.

Requirements

• Must be an OND or NCE holder
• Have valid work experienced as an internal security officer in a hyper market retail store.
