Description

• Our client is seeking to hire a relationship manager who will ensure sales and manage the company’s customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and sustain long lasting relationships between the company and its key customers
• Recruit and develop institutional customers for the business
• Implement and manage sales and customer service strategy and plans for the business
• Generate orders by liaising with institutional customers and the entire field sales force
• Promote the corporate image of the company by building lasting relationships with all key account customers
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new customers
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Implement an effective and efficient customer’s information feedback system
• Prepare monthly reports that capture current market situation that will help to meet profit objective
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or a related position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and work within a team
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic.
