Job Description

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls professionally, screen and forward incoming calls as necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Prepare letters, correspondences, memos, and distribute them as needed.
• File and store documents for easy retrieval.
• Make and confirm travel arrangements
• Assist admin with any other administrative tasks assigned.

Requirements

• ND / HND / B.Sc Degree from areputable institution
• 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and machinery
• Proficiency in MS/Google Office Suite packages
• Basic book- keeping skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience working in same or similar role.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
