Job Description

• Create marketing plans, design strategies, set goals and budgets for the company.
• Prepare and review marketing reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Supervise all affiliate marketers and provide them with the tools required for work.
• Allocate sales targets to all sales executives and monitor their performance
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Organize strategic investment meeting with prospective clients
• Oversee the search of new properties to be sold, rented, leased or managed etc.

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing sales deals.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Adept at negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent people/team management and collaboration skill
• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Remuneration
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
