Job Summary
- The ideal hire will be in charge of offering administrative assistance to make sure the office runs smoothly. You will be tasked with accomplishing multi-level duties in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Aid in managing office dial-in, conference room, travel, etc. demands.
- Serve as the company’s first point of contact, respond to all incoming calls, reroute them, and reply messages
- Schedule meetings and record thorough minutes.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in related field
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC Front Desk Officer in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Proficiency in MS Suite and system application is a must
- Proximity to the place of work is important.
Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 / Month.
