Job Title: Office Assistant, Office of the Registrar

Location: Adamawa

Description

• The Office Assistant is charged with the responsibility of providing assistance as needed within the office of the Registrar.
• The position shall also have the responsibility of providing clerical support for the office.
• The Office Assistant contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations of the office, works closely with the Executive Assistant and other staff of the Office to ensure the effective and efficient administration of the policies and procedures of the department.

Requirements for the Position

• Must have a minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or the equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-year experience in post-secondary education administration preferable.
• Experience in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of the OpenERP system application a plus
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, database management experience required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both oral and written.
• Capacity to prioritize by assessing situations to determine urgency.
