Job Description

• Our client is looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Specialist who will oversee all copy and content across the company’s landing pages, ad creative, social, direct emails, investor comms, events and some product onboarding flows.
• The company will provide deep insights into customers’ hot buttons – their desires, needs, priorities, and fears and will ask you to build narratives that, over time, win peoples’ trust and help them discover and use the company’s service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a communications strategy to meet business objectives.
• Research and write releases, web copy, blogs, and newsletters, and work with members of the design team to create infographics and other design assets.
• Arrange and coordinate press conferences, and assist in planning events.
• Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.
• Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm and execute content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
• Support and evaluate the results of communications campaigns with the team.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
• Monitor project status and budget, scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
• Other tasks as set out by the line manager.

Job Requirements / Qualities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, communications and content creation.
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with keen attention to detail.
