5 years’ experience in management
Experience in process design, restructuring and HRM
A firm grasp of current market trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Robust interpersonal capability
Excellent analytical abilities
A drive to work autonomously while still achieving goals
Capable of holding hybrid positions.
