Requirements
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:

• A good Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised University.
• A pass in the final examination of the Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors.
• A pass in the final examination of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
