Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Entry – Level)

Duties

• Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
• Monitor, organize and forward emails.
• Maintain records and files.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
• Monitor office expenses and costs.
• Take up other duties as assigned.
• This role is open to both Entry level and experienced hands.

Requirements

• SSCE or B.Sc
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in Yoruba
• Good customer service skills
• A resident in Ogudu, Ikeja or close environs.

Salary
Monthly Gross- N45,000.
