Job Title: Logistics Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time (Onsite – 6 Days per week)
Responsibilities
Manage and develop logistics staff (Supervise, coach, and train riders)
Planning and monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and maintenance of the company bikes
Resolve any problems or complains from the riders and customers
Ensure the smooth running of the logistics department.
Requirements
Interested applicants must know how to either ride a bike or drive a car
Experience as a dispatch rider / logistics manger
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Ability to work independently.
