Preparation of invoices with supporting documents, in accordance with quantity delivered with respect to their LPOs and JCC received, before submission to clients.
Generation of E-invoice for Telecom clients.
Matching dummy Invoices with ERP invoice submitted to customers for proper linking on ERP each time payment is made by the client.
Submission of reconciled accounts to your HOD on the last day of each month.
Weekly follow up on invoices raised not received, received not submitted and submitted not paid by customers.
