Job Title: Plant Administrative Officer

Location: Shagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Arrangement of Meetings (Internal Meeting / Sharing / Refreshment / Training / Committee)
• Supporting the BOD by arranging schedules, approval, BOD and Head of plant presentations
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Support the Kaizen principle of the business (continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency, etc.)
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system for the plant administration
• Carry out integrated report with IOT, Energy and CRP Program
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements whenever required
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Key Performance Indicators – KPI (Performance Measures):

• Cost Management – % cost saving
• Task completion rate – Number of tasks that has been successfully completed
• Efficiency – Number of tasks completed within the deadline
• Email response time

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or relevant disciplines
• Must possess minimum experience of 2 years in food manufacturing plant administration

• Professional exams, member of relevant professional association etc..)

• Exceptional MS Office skill – especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint-
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork – Ability to work together in a team
• Time Management skills
• Ability to produce interactive reports (Analytical skill)
