Job Description

• We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell services that our customers have grown to rely on.
• The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
• The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
• Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales representative be personable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Analyzes a customer’s needs and requests.
• Attend to existing clients and prospects.
• Any other reasonable task requested by the Manager

Qualifications

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 – 3 years in sales
• Proven success rate at levels above quotas
• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer proficiency.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
• Ability to maintain good customer services
• Personal integrity
• Creativity
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
