Position Details
The Customer Care Representative is the face of the company. She is the first contact of the company and as such must present a positive image of the comapny and in a professional manner. Other duties includes but not limited to:

• Attend to walking in customers upon arrival into the outlet
• Attend to customer’s order via social media and ensure their needs are met
• With high sense of professionalism, ensure customer complaints is reduced to the bearest minimium
• Ensure accurately customer order before issuing out an invoice upon purphase.
• Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.
• Must live close to Lekki Phase 1 and environs.

Salary
N40,000 – N45,000 monthly.
