Job Title: Head of Admin

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Working hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Rules & Responsibilities

• Cordinate all administrative processes
• Oversee the daily operatios of the preschool
• Ensure that the property is well maintained
• Have a clear understanding of our business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies that support them
• Hire, train, and advise staff
• Manage staff in collaboration with the Head of School
• Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management
• Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
• Resolving conflicts or other issues that may arise
• Oversee the planning and preparation of meals for the children
• Managing budgets, policies, and events
• Manage financial transactions and prepare budgets
• Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies, and the public

Previous Relevant Experience

• Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
• Proven experience as a School Administrator
• Knowledge of administrative processes of schools
• A computer-literate able to use MS Office and education management systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organisational ability
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good judgement and decision-making aptitude.

Remuneration
N90,000 – N110,000 Monthly (based on experience) .
