Job Title: Guest Service Agent / Receptionist – GSA (PHA-GSA)
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hotel Management or similar discipline.
At least 3 years relevant work experience.
Experience in Hotel Property Management Software knowledge is an advantage.
Other Qualification Requirement:
Fluency in English Language, ability to communicate in clear and concise terms, smart dress sense and demeanour.
