Job Description
To lead & Supervise the Support team that provides end-to-end processing of Operations related requests for customers that come in through engagements at the Contact Centre.
Qualifications
First Degree in any field.
Minimum of 4 years experience.
Good Operational and Customer Service experience, Result Oriented.
