Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest check-ins/booking.
• Address guests enquiries and complaints.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect or keep messages in timely manner and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Receive mails, letters, and packages.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Keep updated records and files of guests/contact details and follow up.
• Carryout prompt service to achieve client satisfaction, loyalty and respect.
• Manage and keep confidentiality in all correspondences, hotel documents and reports.
• Communicate customer grievances to Management through line Manager.
• Ensure room data is properly stored and saved in the system.
• Take care of transactions made and save money properly.
• Be diplomatic and capable to converse plainly and clearly.
• Take Firm initiative where necessary.
• Be capable of multitasking and be time conscious.

Requirements / Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.
• 1 – 3 years work experience.
• Be SMART.
• Pay attention to details.
• Be computer literate.

Salary
N50,000 – N55,000 monthly.
