Craft Painter is a craftsman ( Advanced Certification ) with specialized training and skills verification in the ability to prep and apply coats of primer and paint to the exterior surfaces of pipe, plate and equipment as specified by the client or any regulatory agencies.
Can apply various types of coatings to protect interior and exterior surfaces.
Must be well versed on regulatory requirements, environmental impacts and mil thicknesses for paint and coatings as specified by manufacturers or others.
Requirements
Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant work experience in the craft.
