We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Monitoring staff performance and management.
• Organizing staff training sessions and activities performance and management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• 2 – 4 years of proven human resources management experience in a startup / fast-paced environment
• Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
