Responsibilities
Trouble shoot implementation related issues
Ensure timely support is provided
Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
MIS reports analysis
Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis.
Requirements
HND / be a Graduate in Accountancy or IT (Computers).
4 years+ experience using ERP Software, preferably in any type of manufacturing industry.
Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry
Communication & Organisational skills
Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users
Not limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly.
