Internally Relates with: Shift in charge, helpers, forklift opt
Travel: 0% -30%

Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Ensure calibration of bagging machine.
• Ensure Hammer machine mesh ok not in broken condition.
• Check Hammer mill cutting edge of beater should not blunt if so change direction or replaced by new one.
• Ensure all machine should be cleaned and in working condition.
• No spillage of doc on the floor and from the machine.
• Monitor/Regulate bagging rate subject to Doc production rate.
• Ensure compliance of production lines, equipment’s and premises.
• Safely manage waste and residual material.
• Monitoring and bagging of DOC production.
• Ensure proper Grading and Grinding of doc as per buyer quality.
• Ensure and check availability of packing material require for bagging.
• Ensure all stitching machine should be in working condition. Maintain spare for the same.

Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Familiarity with ISO and FDA compliances.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
