Manages everything that goes in and comes out of a restaurant
Ensure every activity runs smoothly and all amenities are well maintained.
Ensure the restaurant ethics are well followed
Ensure the staff are doing their work well and without downtime.
Requirements
Minimum of HND Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration.
Must be a resident in Ikorodu or environs
Must have good knowledge in food production, catering.
Must have managedstaff in Restaurant or hotel.
Good knowledge of restaurant activities..
Knows every policy that guides the restaurant.
