Job Description
Oversees customer services
Supervises branch operation and offsite locations attached to the branch. i.e. ATMs, Cash centers, e-branch and implants
Enforcing control and alignment with regulatory requirements
Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel
Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Requirements
A First Degree in any discipline; professional qualification is an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in the financial services industry managing branch operations, cash and tellering
