Job Title: Head, Corporate Social Responsibility

Ref: HCSR
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical sustainable and environmental responsibilities
• Analyze the impact of various initiatives ond program
• Evaluate current and pending initiatives against industry standards
• Work closely with the marketing and PR loom to develop internal and edema messaging strategies
• Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment.
• Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing
• Conducting research into best practice
• Writing and actioning a company’s social responsibility strategy
• Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

• First Degree in the Social Sciences or related discipline, Postgraduate Degree would be on added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in related role
• A passion for sustainability
• Strong Logical and analytical thinking skills
• Sensitivity and understanding
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good Organizational, Presentation and communications skills both verbal & written.
