Westhill Facilities Managers is a facility management company tasked in offering 24 Hours maintenance and repair services for office spaces.

We need the service of a reliable and competent person to work for us and fill the vacant position below;

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to the client’s buildings and premises.
• Responsible for building and grounds maintenance; including space management.
• Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, janitorial services, catering, waste disposal and parking.
• Oversee the maintenance and installation of all electrical and plumbing fittings.
• Liaise with all relevant regulatory bodies and utility providers to ensure business activities in the facilities is running effectively.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences

Requirements

• B.Sc in Estate Management, Building Technology, Urban and Regional Planning, Quantity Survey, and other related courses.
• 0 – 1 year experience.
• Excellent leadership/supervisory skill.
• Proficient in the use Microsoft Office packages especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Analytical /Problem solving Skills.
• Great organization and coordination ability.
• Team work and interpersonal skills.
• Good oral, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Effective time management skills.

Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 monthly
